  Sal, from the appliance department, is a knowledgeable sales associate. I was also greeted by another associate during my shopping experience. This made my visit to this location pleasurable.

  Ken in hardware helped me select hammer drill suited for my tack. Made sure the drill, sctews and socket where all aligned to work with the drill. Ken demonstrated his knowledge of the available tools capability and hardware compatibility I hope all customers can experience this example of a classical local hardware store with a great dales staff.

  WORST. SERVICE. EVER. just went there for the first time in my life. every single employee walked past us without any acknowledgement. when I asked one employee in particular for service, he responded with a quick "NO" and walked away. yes, their merchandise is very well organized and easy to find but that's because they lack any conception of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
